Item number 14491 is a special edition Red colour "Love & Trip" pen holder (Accessory #016) that fits the cover of both the Regular and Passport size Traveler's Company notebooks. 

The pen holder clips onto the leather cover and has a leather loop that can hold pens with a maximum diameter of 12mm. It is an accessory, not a notebook insert itself. 

The two main sizes of Traveler's Company notebooks are:
Regular Size (approx. 22 cm x 12 cm or 8.7 in x 4.7 in)
Passport Size (approx. 13.5 cm x 10 cm or 5.3 in x 3.9 in)

You can use the 14491 pen holder with either of these sizes.
