ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

We strive to provide customers of our online store with the same excellent customer service provided at our store locations.
You may return any item to Midoco, for any reason, except Final Sale items as listed below, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund of the original purchase price and applicable taxes. Items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Items purchased online can be returned by mail or in-person at any of our store locations. If returning an item in-person, please be sure to bring your packing slip and/or order number with you. 

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to place the order and must be presented at time of refund.
To return items by mail, please follow these instructions:

1. Open your browser and go to our website www.midoco.ca to Sign In. If you placed an online order with us, you can sign in using the email associated with your order. Enter your email address to Sign In, and then check your inbox for a temporary security code that will be sent to you for the next step, instead of using a password.

2. Once you are signed in, you will see a list of your orders. Under each order, you will have the option to "Buy Again" or "Request Return." Click on "Request Return."

3. From the list of products, check the item(s) you wish to return. Select a reason for the return from the dropdown menu. After selecting your item(s) and reasons, click the "Request Return" button on the right.
*Please note that under the Estimated Total, there is a message that states, "Return shipping not provided. You need to purchase your own return shipping label."
Midoco can assist customers by providing a return shipping label that includes the correct return address and benefits from our business shipping rates. However, Midoco requires the customer to pay an invoice for the shipping label before we can provide it. Customers are otherwise responsible for returning the items to Midoco using their own carrier and return label. A refund will be issued only after we have received and inspected the items.

4. Midoco will review the return request and will either approve or deny it as needed. If the return request is approved and the customer has opted to pay for the return label, it will be provided at this point.

5. When Midoco receives the returned products, we will inspect them to verify they are the correct items and are in sellable condition. After the inspection, we will proceed with issuing a refund to the original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, we will waive the shipping fees if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or the item is defective or arrived damaged.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and, if possible, refuse the shipment if there is evident damage to the parcel; the mail carrier will return a refused shipment to Midoco.

 

ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE

Items purchased at a Midoco store, except Final Sale items as listed below, may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the item is in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by a Midoco store receipt. Refunds are tendered in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Exchanges or store credit will be given up to 30 days from the original purchase date if the product is its original condition and packaging and accompanied by a Midoco store receipt.
Refunds, exchanges and/or store credit cannot be provided without a store receipt.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE: CLEARANCE ITEMS, SEASONAL & DATED ITEMS (agendas, wall calendars etc), PENS & MARKERS, STAMPS/STAMP PADS, AEROSOL PRODUCTS, FACE MASKS, EASELS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, CUT/ROLLED CANVAS, DRINKWARE, and GIFT CARDS.
