Midoco Art & Office Supplies is now hiring for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join the team at our Queen Street Location (1964 Queen Street East).

Part Time: ~24 hours per week
Projected Schedule (with some flexibility): Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays
Pay Rate: $17.60-$18.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with product selection.
• Process transactions accurately & efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked and visually appealing store environment
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and merchandising displays
• Collaborate with team members & other locations, and contribute to a positive shopping environment

Qualifications & Assets:

• Retail & Customer Service experience
• Cash Handling and POS experience is an asset
• Interest in Stationery, Creative Materials, and Visual Arts experience is a strong asset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Comfortable with moderate lifting and general stocking duties
• Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and peak seasons
• Willingness to work across all Midoco locations
• Solid professional references
