Midoco Art & Office Supplies is now hiring for a Store Manager! 
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Annex location (555 Bloor Street West).

Full Time: 40 hours per week

About the Role:
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of our retail store. You will lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service, achieve goals, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, sales floor management, inventory management, cash handling, and refunds/exchanges.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and delegate tasks with a team of retail associates.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Manage store inventory, including store transfers, some receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Visual Arts experience/interest.
  • Willingness to work at all Midoco locations as needed.
