This pocket-sized memo pad features a combination of bonded leather fiber and high-quality Japanese writing paper made by MD PAPER PRODUCTS. The paper itself features plain pages as well as pages with ruled lines. The cover of the notepad is made from wear-resistant bonded leather fiber which offers excellent abrasion and color resistance, ensuring that it doesn't damage easily through regular use. The cow leather used here has a rich colour and is warm to the touch.

This MD PAPER is designed to prevent ink from running or bleeding, as well as be comfortable to write on.
The ruled line paper is the same format as the long-selling “Diamond Memo”, which has been available for more than 50 years. Each page is divided into 4 with thick lines, making this notepaper perfect for daily schedules, to-do lists, or records of personal hobbies. The plain paper is ideal for illustrations or idea sketches.

The memo paper has been designed to make it easy to tell which portion is plain and which portion is ruled by varying not only the color of the paper, but also by ensuring that the ruled lines are printed to the very edge of the paper.

The “Grain” bonded leather fiber used in the cover was produced at a Spanish tannery.  The product is named after the leather itself. Spanish leather is known worldwide for its quality, excellent finish, and amazing texture. Remnants of this excellent leather are pulverized and turned into sheets to create the bonded leather fiber used in this product. The Grain has been produced since 1878. It is the end result of years of improvement and is created by highly-skilled craftsmen. Only cow leather is used to produce the end product. Both the scent and texture of cow leather are fully present.

The logo features a Spanish bullfight design. The World Meister's Note Grain typeface is a recreation of one originally designed in Spain. This original typeface was used in the novel Don Quixote, edited by the Spanish Royal Academy in 1780.
