Superior quality artists' water-soluble wax pastels, made with the finest synthetic German and Swiss pigments to ensure that there is batch to batch consistency. Excellent opacity and surface coverage, one pastel will cover 17 letter size sheets of paper. Like the first generation, the NEOCOLOR™ II water-soluble wax oil pastels foster the spirit of freedom: freedom of style, in the choice of colours and in the scope of application. The brush stroke provides the finishing touch, presenting the pigments in a new light.
