SHIPPING FEES

We try to have the quickest & cheapest shipping solutions to get your order to you on time, anywhere in Canada. Shipping fees are set by Canada Post, Purolator and Trexity -- we charge you what we are charged, with no markups.
Sometimes we may have promotions offering discounted shipping rates.
***For a LIMITED time we are offering $10 off SHIPPING on any order of $75 or more before taxes. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Many online stores add shipping costs to the price of their products without telling their customers, forcing you to pay multiple hidden shipping fees when purchasing more than one item.  Midoco does not do that. The prices of products on our webstore are the same as our prices in-store. This allows you to enjoy great savings when you shop at midoco.ca, especially when purchasing more than one item. 
For some items, Canada Post, Purolator and Trexity charge a higher shipping rate due to the size of the item or special handling requirements. We include in our item descriptions a note to let customers know which items tend to be more costly to ship. If you find the shipping fee on your order is high, it might be because you have included a large item in your order. Try removing that item to reduce the shipping fee.

SHIPPING TIME

On the checkout page, you will see an Order Processing Time and Delivery Time specific to your order. The order processing time is our best estimate of how long it will take us to prepare and pack your order. The delivery time is how long Canada Post, Purolator or Trexity estimates it will take to ship the order to your particular address once we've prepared the order for shipping.
You will also receive an email confirmation after you place your order to let you know we are processing your order and a second email notification when your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
The second email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. The tracking number will go live once the parcel has been received by the carrier and is enroute to you.
Please note that most carriers do not ship on weekends.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

To place a CURBSIDE PICKUP order through our website, simply write your preferred pickup location (ANNEX, DANFORTH or BEACH) in the NOTES field on the Cart page before you checkout.
ANNEX: 555 Bloor St West, Toronto, Ontario
DANFORTH: 146 Danforth Ave, Toronto, Ontario
BEACH: 1964 Queen St East, Toronto, Ontario
It usually takes about 24 hours for us to prepare your order. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive that email before arriving at the store.
On rare occasions, if an item is out of stock at your chosen pickup location, we may need to transfer it from one of our other stores, which can take a few days.
You have two weeks from when you receive your Pickup Ready Notification email to collect your order. If you need more time, no problem! Just email or call us and we'll work something out.
