"Magnesium Tree was created with photography from my journey to Far North Queensland, New Zealand and Brazil. Photos taken of Jacaranda trees in far north Queensland served as the basis for this piece. Many other plants and 3D forms have been mixed together to symbolize growth and the ever present influence of technology on the natural wold." Andy Thomas
