IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Goods purchased at a Midoco store may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the returned product is in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a Midoco store receipt. Refunds are tendered in the same method of payment as the original payment.

Exchanges or store credit will be given up to 30 days from the original purchase date if the product is in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by an original Midoco store receipt. Refunds, exchanges and/or store credit cannot be provided without a store receipt.

Please note, the following items are FINAL SALE: CLEARANCE ITEMS, SEASONAL/DATED ITEMS, PENS & MARKERS, STAMPS/STAMP PADS, AEROSOL PRODUCTS, EASELS, ROLLED CANVAS, DRINKWARE, AGENDAS, GIFT CARDS.


ONLINE SALES RETURN POLICY

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Midoco strongly recommends that you inspect your parcel for potential shipping damage and refuse the shipment if there is. Should you determine that there is evident damage to the item, or you have not received the item you'd ordered, please immediately (within 3 days of delivery) send an email to websales@midoco.ca with this information. If it is determined that a return should be processed, we will send you a Return Authorization by email.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date you receive the emailed Return Authorization, provided the returned product is unused and in saleable condition.
  • We will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or it has been determined that the product is defective or arrived damaged.
  • For goods that have been ordered in error, or for any other return request not relating to shipping damage, the customer is responsible for shipping charges and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Details will be provided in the Return Authorization email.
  • Shipping fees will be waived if the incorrect products were shipped or if they were found to be defective/damaged.

Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, Midoco will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. Once a refund has been approved, it will be tendered in the same method of payment as the original purchase. Please note it can take upwards of 2 weeks to process returns and/or exchanges. Further, depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We truly appreciate your patience!
